To celebrate Champagne, turning 90 years old here are a few rules about how to drink the bubbliest of beverages like a pro.
#1 Always Point The Cork Away From People
There’s an art to opening a bottle of Champagne. Simply hold the cork and twist the bottle, this should minimise injury and spillage.

There’s nothing more wasteful than Champagne spillage and this is why spraying your guests with the good stuff is a no, no. Hold tight and pour into a suitable receptacle.
#3 Chill Before Serving

#4 Sip Don’t Slurp
